What does any relationship need in order to thrive and grow?

 

Time for connection and opportunity to build trust.  

This is true about your relationship with friends, your kids, your partner AND your intuition.

As an intuition teacher I see too often people get lost and confused about how to connect or what connection with their intuition means.  It can feel too personal, mysterious, vague or inaccessible.  But it doesn't need to feel this way, it's actually a concrete skill you're meant to know (so of course you can learn it!)

To be connected with your intuition you feel centered, grounded and energized.  You feel your strong, sturdy core.  This connection activates a sense of safety, personal belonging and an overall feeling that all is well. 

Without connection to your intuition you can feel lost, anxious, irritable, angsty and that you're striving but never arriving.  Lack of intuitive connection means you get knocked off your center by waves of the unexpected and you're often thinking and acting from a place of fear, outer expectation or people pleasing.

Intuition is being present to your personal truth in any question, desire or situation that arises. 
Being present to yourself in this way is energizing and expansive and means you create from a wise truth within yourself, not from a reactionary fear-based place.  I'm a coach, energy practitioner, masters level teacher and I've been teaching passionate, visionary, rigorous people for over 15 years how to connect deeply with themselves in powerful and profound ways.
